1) Very welcoming host - great communication, super helpful in everything; 2) Location is superb - just a few meters from the beach; 3) Clean room, everything fine.

Electricity issues: 1) keep in mind that this country has UK outlets, so bring enough adapters for your needs. The host did supply one adapter, which was great, but wasn't enough, of course; 2) there's just one key offered, which was firmly tied together with the electricity card, so when we went out, the electricity was automatically disconnected, thus it was not possible to charge the phone or whatever while we were out.

Sea view was perfect! That was our second time staying at this apartment. Perfect value for money

We arrived for our honeymoon, the first night everything was fine and the second night we arrived at the room in the evening and the whole room was full of ants in the bed, inside our suitcases and clothes, inside everything possible. We had nothing to wear. The place refused to refund us all the money even though we were only there one night out of 3, in the middle of the night we had to look for a place to sleep and sit down to clean our clothes from ants. You ruined our vacation!!

It was a great place to stay, we had a lot of fun and some great walks. Very cute and fairytale like ☺️. Comfortable and well lit.

The bathroom was a bit chilly.

location is perfect, the apartment has almost everything you need and is right across from beach.

only. a microwave for cooking and no microwavable dishes- the airport is close so planes are loud but really not bad

The appartment is very conveniently located: it is close to the airport, accessible from a nearby bus stop, and overlooking a very nice sea-front boulevard, with a sea view. It takes about half-an-hour to walk to the central part of Larnaca, but it is a very nice walk, along the beach. It has almost everything one needs: a comfortable bed, a wardrobe with sufficient storage place, very good wi-fi (working also in a nearby restaurant!), fridge, bathroom, etc. Perhaps it's not very modern, but it was not of prime importance to me.

TV did not work, there were no channels available, but then again, I didn't use it. For some it may be important, but it wasn't really for me. I expected to have an oven in the kitchenette, so I was negatively surprised when I found out that there is only a microwave oven and a kettle there. I was later informed that there is a common kitchen downstairs which I could use, but it is not the same as being able to prepare hot meals in my own appartment. Also, the owner advertises the appartment with a bottle of wine/champagne as a welcome gift for the guests, which is in fact not provided. I learned from the cleaning lady that this free welcome bottle was provided before COVID pandemic, and is not valid any more. It is strange, then, that it still appears in the description of the object on Booking.com.
