Close to the beach, clean

The room is incredibly noisy, I don‘t understand that if‘s not mentioned in any earlier reviews. It‘s not isolated at all and you hear the cars and planes from outside. On top of it, there is incredibly loud construction work on the hotels next door starting at 7am. Impossible to sleep and relax. Interior is dated but clean. Overall bad value for money.

I liked everything about this apartment - George was most helpful before we arrived, answering my questions in a polite and helpful manner. The apartment is gorgeous, up some stairs and along a wooden walkway to the front door. It is self contained. The decor was lovely too, well equipped and had everything we needed for a short stay. We had breakfast in the sunshine on our terrace. The beach was two minutes away, a taxi firm was next door as was a great restaurant (Salamis). All in all, a great stay and we would absolutely go back.

It's a very nice place to stay and we were surprised how clean and how many amenities it has. The AC is new and working really good, there is also a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster (there is no stove to cook for yourself in case you expect it).We briefly met with the owner who is super friendly person and made sure we have everything we needed. The self-check in is great and we received all information right after booking. There was a cold bottled water waiting for us in the fridge. Super close to two beaches, close to the airport and many restaurants. It's 2,5km to the city center but you can easily go by bus as the bus stop is around the corner. As for the noise from the airport we weren't bothered that much and we made a concious decision for booking this place considering the location and amenities and it was a very pleasant stay. 😊

It's not a big drawback but you may get some small guests as ants in the house especially if you eat something sweet. 😊

You need a taxi or rent a bike to visit the center of town.UNIT #4 has a partial view but has stairs that may be difficult for seniors to navigate.

Q cute little place with a beautiful view of the sea and the airplanes flying over it to land at nearby Larnaca airport. The accommodation is only across the road from the beach and some restaurants. George, the owner, was very lovely and helpful when we arrived too! There thankfully was an iron, ironing board, AC and fridge in the place with other appliances (microwave, kettle, etc). I really enjoyed it! Would definitely stay there again for any future short trips to Larnaca!

The room is quite small and the stairs to get up to the place is quite narrow so suitcases might be difficult to get up there and store. Thankfully it wasn't an issue for us as we only had some hand luggage bags only. Also the shower isn't very powerful and was a bit cold, but it was absolutely roasting outside (august), so that was really a problem either

Charming with a sea view! Location was very good for me. As we stayed only 7 days I didn’t wanted to travel far from the airport. And this is literally just one bus stop from the airport. We loved watching the landing planes above the sea from the propertie. Goerge is very nice and helpful. He immediately and patiently answers every question given.

Maybe the low waterpressure in the shower. Even though it was put on maximal level. But it wasn’t that big issue, but you have to write something :)

It was a very comfortable clean little house, next to the beach. We had all the comfort of the home and a very kind host.

Location was perfect. Room was great. Easy parking on the street right outside.

We had two single beds pushed together and the mattresses kept sliding during the night - not great for a couple!! But George said he can put a double mattress next time we stay. The outside could do with some maintenance / painting and some of the wood leading to the door is starting to rot (but safe enough).
