Közel volt a part, a kilátás nyönyörű a tengerre, a szállás tágas, jól felszerelt. Minden megvolt amire szükségünk volt. Mosógép volt a szálláson. Két erkély. Üzletek, éttermek végig a sétányon. A part tiszta, rengeteg napágy, napernyő.

Nem tetszett, hogy a 11 nap alatt nem volt takarítás (ami nem volt nagy gond), ágynemű és törölköző csere sem. Mosógép ugyan volt, de abban csak a ruhákat lehetett mosni (amire fel is híták a figyelmünket külön is) a törölközőket nem, amire szükség lett volna hiszen fejenként 1 nagy és 1 kisebb törölközőt kaptunk törölközni a partra amit le lehetett vinni abból fejenként csak egyet-egyet. Ez számomra elég furcsa volt. Sok helyen voltunk már a világon és általában apartmanban szállunk meg, de ilyet még nem tapasztaltunk hogy ne takarítsanak. Általában máshol 2-3 naponta volt takarítás és törölköző és ágynemű csere.

The apartment was directly under the street for tourists,the restaurants, shops, etc where so close, everything in the house was comfortable.

We couldn’t sleep at night from the noise.

We arrived late to the island and the host arranged a taxi to have us picked up. The driver, not only was waiting for us, but he even helped us getting the keys from the room. Furthermore, the location and the sea view was perfect. The apartment was spotless clean with all the necessary facilities and the host was very keen to help us with any questions we had. I would definitely go back!

very nice host with lots of valuable infos provided by whatsapp. Easy access with personal code, spacious apartment right on the beachfront, lots of restaurants nearby. TV, washing machine, dryer, fridge, AC, just everything available in the apartment. I was there on business for 2 nights and did not stay a lot of time in the apartment but it is a much better choice than any business hotels nearby. Expect no luxury apartment but a nice and proper fitting well worth the price.

Lovely apartment - great location overlooking Finikoudes beach; clean, comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The building and apartment are very good in terms of accessibility, with an elevator to all floors and a step-in shower for guests who might have limited mobility - something that was essential for us, and which we greatly appreciated. The team - Alex, Maria and Theadora - were incredibly helpful, friendly, professional and went out of their way to assist us. If you book a stay at this apartment, you won't be disappointed!

There was nothing to dislike -but potential guests should bear in mind that, given the location right on Finikoudes seafront, there may be some loud music and the noise of revelry from outside in the evenings, which sometimes runs into the early hours (our stay coincided with an annual festival of live music and culture along the beachfront, so it got quite loud). Even so, the apartment is double glazed and has decent soundproofing, and came with some complimentary foam earplugs to help us get a good night's sleep, even if we chose to turn in early!

Wonderful location overlooking Larnaca seafront. 2 balconies - including one from the bedroom, so could sit in bed with early morning coffee and enjoy the view. Appreciated having cooking facilities and a fridge etc. Excellent communication with the owner.
