Alex Beach Apartment 203

When we arrived the apartment we booked was not available so we were taken to a much older, outdated apartment where by day 3 the lift was completely broken. Yet another alternative apartment was substituted which was better than the completely outdated one and fairly comfortable. Very firm beds but large and in a good position with side balcony with a water view. We were disappointed not to have stayed in the apartment we had initially booked, but it was explained that there were renovations taking place on the same floor, so noisy, and also someone else was staying in it. Alex was very apologetic.

Very hard/ firm beds and mould in the bathroom. The kettle was broken. We purchased another. No toaster but a sandwich toaster.

Location

The apartment was ok, it really needs a total refurbishment, it’s very dated for today’s traveler, we did find all the communication with the landlord and landlady very helpful and they came across as nice caring people

Location was perfect, it has 2 balconies, so you can enjoy sun and shade.

The only minor things we missed were a wine opener and a larger drier for towels and clothes.

The view at the beach was beautiful and the location of the apartment also

I had the privilege of staying in two of Alex and Martha’s apartments whilst in Larnaca. It was even better than expected. Excellent property and very convenient as apartment is in the heart of everything. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Alex and Martha were extremely accommodating and they go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. They even organised a taxi service to pick us up from the airport! Overall, I had a great experience with Alex and Martha and now call both of their apartments my second home whenever I am in Cyprus! Would definetely recommend this apartment to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again!
