Overall, this is a fantastic place that offers very good value for money. The location is tiptop, the place is spacious and well climated. We stayed in Kutaisi during bad and a bit colder weather, and the heating system worked very well. The bed was comfy, as were the seating options. The place feels absolutely safe. It's great to have a small kitchen available to make tea or coffee. Hosts are very friendly, even borrowed us a winter jacket and gave us some yummy snacks! Organizing key handover was easy and we could check out in the middle of the night to catch an early flight.

Shower temperature was a bit unstable at times, but we were still able to take hot showers. Just need to wait a bit. WiFi could have been a bit faster at times. Note: The map in of the booking.com app showed me this place in another location on my iPhone, but the location on google maps, Yandex etc. is correct (maybe this is an Apple maps issue). Better double check. However, the location is still very central, super easy to get around on foot, with many restaurants and mini markets around.

Super love the location and the hospitality of the owner. She prepared a sweet bread when we arrived and baked a delicious Lobiani for breakfast.

I stayed with my friend and it’s mandatory with our travel to have a “whole body mirror selfie picture”. I wish they a whole body mirror but I appreciate that her daughter offered us to use her whole body mirror in her room. 😍

It is cozy and the room feels like welcoming.

The apartment is situated in the city center, on the ground floor which was comfortable for our stay as we brought in some skiing equipment with us. The bedroom was warm and neat and tidy with two comfortable single beds. The kitchen and the bathroom had all necessary facilities, warm and clean. The most precious during our stay was communicating with the hostes. They kept in touch with us via WhatsApp and in person and helped to order a return Taxi when we had a problem with our telephone. Lela treated us with some Georgian traditional food in the evening which was a nice surprise. Thank you!

Nice place to live, right nrear the center. Place was neat, clean and quite. Owner was good, she even offered us some homemade snacks. Heated room and water.

When enter the room, it smells strange. That is maybe due to indoor plants and closed doors. Only 2 pin sockets available in room, luckily, owner gave us a converter for use.

The property is accessible to everything in the heart of Kutaisi where you can find cafes, markets, restaurants and malls for shopping The place is very neat, clean and quiet The owner is very helpful, kind and friendly Definitely I will come again

Excellent location! Next to everything. Felt like traditional home, everything in the house, so tidy and very helpful ownerthey told us where to go and where to eat and all. There is nothing to complain about. Wonderful experience.
