The lady was super nice and waited for our arrival which was at 2AM. The place is very spacious with a separate kitchen and a decent sized bathroom. The location is very quiet and we had a great sleep. The price is very competitive.

We just arrived from the airport so only spent there 6 hour just to sleep so it was perfect

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Georgia. A gorgeous apartment with light and privacy, super clean and comfortable. There’s excellent restaurants in the street offering authentic Georgian food. Lela is an excellent and interesting host, so kind and generous. It’s a short walk to the old town. Everything was perfect

The landlady was amazing and very supportive of the transportation arrangement to come to the city. Highly recommended to stay over whilst coming to Georgia.

The apartment is very nice! It has everything you might need. Very good for long stay and very convenient if you would like to experience staying with locals. The owner was very nice and welcoming and she even gave us fresh made Georgian food. Apartment has an outdoor area shared with the owner. The location is very convenient and 2 minutes walk from the bus station that brings you from the airport and a few minutes walk to the city center.

The location is a bit different but still in a very good location. The ceiling is not very high if you’re super tall, I didn’t have a problem tho!

Apartment was renovated and super clean with nice garden while our dear host Lela was so kind and helpful in everything that we needed! Location was quite central so we could easily reach main Kutaisi sights by foot. We highly recommend this accommodation!
