"If the owners will deal with the cockroaches it become an excellent place to stay"

Big and well equipped appointment with nice balcony. The location is perfect.

The fog was extremely dirty (all other things was clean ) And there was 1 big cockroach and tones of small ones in the bathroom.

"We recommend the place."

Perfectly clean, probably recently renovated, everything works as it should. Large convenient kitchen. We also use dashing machine. Huge supermarket is 200 m down the street. Convenient and practically empty parking is across the street at the pastry shop Panadería Esperanca - I find it easier to use than the garage. Pastry shop is good for breakfasts. Check in procedure with the codes is easy and fast.
