The City Apartment

The apartment was clean , very close to Lixouri square and it had all the essentials you needed for a short stay.

The apartment was on a very noisy road.

Bilocale in zona centrale, situato al primo piano e dotato di balcone, zanzariere e aria condizionata nella camera da letto. L'appartamento era pulito e confortevole, ottimamente equipaggiato con ogni cosa di cui si possa avere bisogno (tra cui asciugapelli, stoviglie con detersivo piatti, macchina del caffè, caffè macinato, zucchero, olio ecc.). Nonostante si trovi sulla strada, le finestre isolano bene dal rumore e di notte si riposa tranquillamente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato delle fette biscottate, marmellate, biscotti e delle bibite fresche per la colazione. La proprietaria Matina è stata sempre gentile, reperibile via email e rapida nel rispondere a qualsiasi necessità.

Non abbiamo mai incontrato di persona la proprietaria, nemmeno al momento del check-in e della consegna delle chiavi. All'interno dell'appartamento fa veramente molto caldo. Nel soggiorno/cucina c'è un ventilatore che purtroppo non rinfresca molto. Fortunatamente nella camera da letto matrimoniale c'è l'aria condizionata, fondamentale altrimenti sarebbe impossibile riposare.

the local youth has a competition to make their bicycles as loud as possible. A bumper on the road in front of the hotel would be good😉. But other than that the stay was perfect!

Great location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The bakery downstairs was authentic and delicious. The coffee shop across the street made a perfect cup of coffee. Also nearby is Kostas’ for gyros and souvlaki. Easy street parking and just a short walk from the seafront and main square. Great value and we would stay again.

The balcony screen was difficult to open. Be careful when opening. I actually hurt myself but the host Marina was amazing. She took me to a pharmacy for the first aide items I needed. She checked to make sure I was okay.
