Sea View Holiday Flat - 16 La Luce Margate

The view.

There were no towels, toilet paper, soup, headryer and blankets. The couches were too old and too many males the room crowded.

The flat was clean and well equipped. It was welcoming and well-proportioned for two people. The view over the Indian Ocean could not be beaten. Accessibility to shops and Margate/Ramsgate and related facilities was simple even though the municipality is working on the roads and there are stop-go sections with which to contend.

The listing states NO SMOKING; the signage around the building stated NO SMOKING as does the message in the unit. Yet, the entrance hall/reception area stank of dirty ash and ashtrays; the corridor outside our unit reeked of cigarette smoke and at one point someone connected to the block of flats had to enter our unit and they had been smoking. It left a bitter taste as the non-smoking policy had been a deal-breaker for me. One suggestion - please upgrade the can opener in the unit as it is outdated and does not work.

Everything about the place was all we needed,all was superb.

Really great setting and wonderful view of the sea. Very nice unit . Really enjoyed our time there
