Building Manger Alton was very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was not clean.

Perfect location towards the sea, a walking distance to the shops. My kids enjoyed the Netflix package and free Wi-Fi. I enjoyed the view at night from the sea

The coackroches in the apartment were a deal breaker. It was like doom was sprayed during the day it made it impossible for me to sleep the first night was coughing and wheezing. And the neighbors who were smoking now and then, the smoke getting in made it impossible for me to enjoy my stay. We didn't have water for two days I couldn't find any water stored for such had to improvise to leave the place clean. It made it uncomfortable for me since it was that time of the month.

Seaview was nice and the pool on the premises

The braai facility is a bit far from the flat. The stove did not work. There was a two plate stove but with just one plate working The flat must be fumigated......several cockroach 🪳🪳🪳🪳. An umbrella on the balcony will be nice.

I loved the view the area around the property is very clean, the maintenance is well kept. The place is very safe you could sleep with the balcony door open. The host was attentive to our needs.

The remote was replaced but the second did not work as well. The

the place is infested with COCKROACHES, the guy NAREN SUNKER who owns this room in this property was suppose to give me a refund but never did.im still waiting,I WILL TAKE UP LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AND PUT MY STORY ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS WHICH IN TURN WILL CAUSE REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE TO BOOKING.COM AND TO THE PROPERTY ITSELF.I HAVE PAID 963,90 AND NERAN PROMISED TO GIVE ME A REFUND,I HAVE ALL CORRESPONDENCE ON WATSAPP.IT WAS SO BAD THAT THE PEST CONTROL GUY HAD TO COME,ROACHES WHERE ALL OVER IN WARDROBES,KITCHEN COUNTER TOPS ETC.PLS CONTACT HIM ON 0734120205 to sort my REFUND.IN FACT ALL HOLIDAY PLACES NEED TO BE SPRAYED ON A REGULAR BASIS AND A CERTIFICATE MUST BE ISSUED TO ALL ESTABLISHMENTS.
