"Our stay as a family was awesome"

The property was well kept, beds very comfortable and property is very close to the shops and mall. It also had sea view and was in walking distance to the beach.

Laguna is a beautiful estate, close proximity to the beach. Facility was exceptional .

However most disappointing was the agent, rude and arrogant... inconvenienced numerous times without even an apology

"Apart from the ocean view, very disappointing."

Place was not cleaned properly. Linen had a bad smell to it. Some of the kitchen utensils and appliances were rusted, could not even use the kettle. Bin lid broken, making kitchen area unhygienic. Broken blinds, dirty curtains. Bathroom shower door hard to close, bathroom shower tiles need re-grouting, light fitting in bathroom fell on my daughter's head and it was full of bugs. Couches old and uncomfortable. No cable to connect TV to pick up WiFi signal.
