The accommodation and view was stunning, And actual setting of the place was beautiful

I didn't like how the the host addressed the issues we had, she didnt care and was very rude. For example on the first nite we arrived there was loadshedding and we weren't prepared, the worst of all we were preparing dinner. When we messaged to ask atleast for torches. She was rude and sad we should have checked online. Her service was so disgusting. We felt that she doesnt care about us after we had paid. , because she kept on saying ishe has 18 units she dealing with so she cant address all issues. There was issues with dish clothes to wipe the counters you have to come with your own , they only provided1 tissue for 6 guests for 3 nights. My point was atleast let us know before we arrive so we can come prepared. Another thing i had to beg her for our breakage deposit only got it on the 9th day after departure. I hope the host Mrs Duplooy can learn to treat people regardless of who they are.
