"Stylish stay in Margate"

Our favourite place to stay when we visit Margate. Love the decor, and vibe. Comfy bed, and even though the apartment faces out on to the high street it’s very quiet in the evenings.

"Don’t go there"

Location and decor/theme

Shower unusable due to blocked drains. Only bathroom sink to wash in. Not good enough. Kitchen sink filthy. Another guest (presumably) was able to enter our apartment with their key. Massive security concerns. Host Anais didn’t respond to WhatsApp message, call or booking.com messages. Appalling and will be requesting charge back

"Great flat. Great location. Unfortunately there was poor communication from the host which was a bit stressful for us."

Great decor, comfortable, amazing location.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the wrong key being left for us and we couldn’t access the flat. We tried to contact the host, with no response. Luckily we were helped by amazing staff at the Bouy and Oyster restaurant who were able to provide a spare key.

Quirky, comfy apartment in a great central location.

Somehow ended up with two codes for the key lockbox so getting in to the building took a while! Lots of steep stairs, not a problem but worth being aware of. Poor shower.
