Apartament po remoncie. Czysto i schludnie. Widać wszędzie kobiecą dbałość o szczegóły. Bardzo dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Praktycznie jak w domu. Płyta kuchenna elektryczna, czteropalnikowa, duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem z szufladami. Czajnik, opiekacz, mikrofala. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Sprzątanie we własnym zakresie. Sprzęt i chemia gospodarcza w wyposażeniu. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Duży balkon. Apartament umiejscowiony w małej uliczce, co jest zaletą bo zdala od ulicznego zgiełku. Relatywnie blisko do plaży. Spacerkiem 10 do 15 minut ok. 500 m. Polecam.

W Larnace remontowane są ulice, co powoduje spore utrudnienia komunikacyjne zarówno dla pieszych jak i samochodów a objazdy i zmiana kierunków ruchu spowodowały wzmożony ruch na naszej uliczce, ale noce są ciche. Dokuczliwe jest tylko poranne gruchanie gołębi, których jest tu bardzo dużo.

"Great apartment with great amenities and location"

Sol, the owner met us at the building's entrance and explained everything to us. He did a full tour of the apartment, showing us all the facilities and services. He even informed us of the closest restaurants, markets and grocery stores. He was very helpful and took his time to answer all our questions.

The mattress was uncomfortable for me. But that is just my opinion.

"Totally recommened if one is looking for a quite and comfortable place to stay."

Very clean house with all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very nice and caring. The location was great as it was near the beach and had access to several shops if anything needed.

The surrounding area was just a parking lot, nothing else to see, there was a big balcony at the house, but no actual scenery.
