La casa era sempre fresca, mantiene la temperatura in maniera eccezionale

Purtroppo il parcheggio scarseggia e non è una buona posizione per la vita notturna

Location was good but hard to find. Building site next door. But the apartment was spacious and comfortable.Walking distance to cafes and restaurants, beach and central Larnaca. Our luggage didnt arrive and we asked Sol who came and introduced himself our first day to help, as we were not getting any action. It arrived soon after he rang on our behalf. 48 hours after arrival! We were very grateful.Sol was generally very helpful.

Building sites around meant having to walk through dirty, dusty road to get into central town. Parking was potluck on the road. We managed a good park and didnt move as worried about not finding a good park again.

Cleanliness

On very good location, 5 min. walk to the beach, big supermarket very close, shops, restaurants. Apartment looks better then on the pictures, new, spotless clean, modern, have everything you need, lot's extra towels, clothes, iron, toiletries, some spices in the kitchen,even cool box for the beach,and umbrellas. Balcony spacious,exit to balcony from the kitchen and from the bedroom. Owner Sol is very nice and polite. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

When we arrived (April 2025) the apartment had just been refurbished. The smell of fresh paint was still obvious. Quality work top to bottom. Not much of a view from the balcony, but it's nice for a take-out meal or a smoke. Your host is easily reached on WhatsApp. Look into Airalo or some other way of getting phone service. You'll need it to drive, too. Spacious rooms, excellent wifi. Great Cypriot taverna half a block east. Easy walk down to the fort.
