The Norton-Triumpth Apartments near NEC

Really lovely, immaculate apartment in a very quiet location. Extremely comfy bed. Felt very safe for a woman travelling alone. Would definitely stay here again.

It was my fault for booking very last minute but I had trouble accessing the keys as the system didn’t send me an automated email with instructions and code for the key safe. However, the owner’s son was passing and incredibly helpful so it didn’t take long to get in. A few coffee sachets would be good for those of us who are very disorganised with our travel plans :-)

As soon as I walked in, I knew I was going to have a peaceful, comfortable stay and felt immediately relaxed. Everything I could have needed was in the kitchen, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good. A delightful neighbourhood close enough to Birmingham International train station which was ideal for me. Communication was excellent.

The cherry on top would have been access to sign in to my Netflix account on the tv.

everything from furnishings to utilities were of the highest standards. Decor was tasteful and bed is super comfortable. Really clean and immaculate
