The apartment is situated in a lovely little village of Meriden, with great views over the fields from the balcony. On entering the apartment it was very spacious, open, and modern. Cleanliness was also spot on as well as it smelled clean and fresh too. Small touches like tea, coffee, and sugar were also supplied, and a pack of Jammy Dodger biscuits (which I didn't get around to eating but maybe next time!). The Host was great too as we had to message them, but they were quick to respond and help. the apartment was great and only about 8 minutes away from the NEC center which was what our stay was for.

To a degree I can't really fault this apartment apart from Two little things, One of course which cannot be helped and in no way altered our experiance, was the bathroom is quite tiny, so if your a larger person then it could be a little cosy with the sink and walls, However it was well maintained, clean and fresh. The only real downside for us was the TV is quite old and could do with being modernised with a smart TV for those who enjoy watching streaming services away from home like Netflix or Amazon etc instead of just having digital TV channels when resting up for the evening. I would recommend anyone staying to bring a device that you can connect to the TV via a HDMI to watch your own shows or movies if you like that sort of thing.

Friendly host who is quick to reply and accommodating. The apartment was spotlessly clean with a lovely modern kitchen full of everything you need should you wish to cook. Was lucky to have gorgeous weather so the view out the windows was stunning, but the garden is so beautiful anyway. We enjoyed our breakfast with the little balcony doors open listening to the birds and admiring the scenery. Bed is very comfortable and love the decor throughout. Clear and easy check in instructions too - highly recommend this apartment and thank you to the host for a lovely stay!

Great location for meriden on a very nice housing estate. Room to park on the drive. Very large apartment with microwave oven fridge and all utensils you could possibly require. Nice lounge area and dining table area with tv in the lounge.

Bathroom was a bit small but a very nice shower. This is trivial but you need to take milk and sugar couldn’t find any. A great stay this apartment is a gem with great views.
