The best unit at ground floor to stay. The easiest access to pool & beach. Two bedrooms apartments that can accommodate up to 7-8 adults and spacious. If you plan to bring elderly, the unit is recommended as it is very near to visitors parking lot with RM15 parking fee per day. Just a few steps away to the unit.

The shower water pressure is a bit low.

Everything. Super neat, whatever you see in the picture, it’s the same thing they are offering you. It located at ground floor and easy access to the beach and pool, which I love it! There is a free parking (a bit far) and paid parking which u can park next to the apartment.

ground floor direct seaview at the balcony. the view was perfect.this unit is not facing the pool but its just a few steps away. very suitable for family we hesitated at first thinking it was a ground floor unit it would be noisy, but it is soundproof when you shut all doors and very quiet and comfortable Owner very helpful and very attentive. Easy check in and check out because they are using auto door system.

we found cockroaches in the bathroom, kitchen sink and outside our unit. due to the unit being at the ground floor and it is near the drainage system hence why those ‘thing’ keeps popping out from the water pipe system in the house. KATSARIDAPHOBIA is real . We stayed at Timur Bay few times and this is our first time at the ground floor. We really love this unit and if not because of the cockroaches we would have rate it 10/10 Hope the owner will take important actions on this matter.
