Emplacement génial, le logement est grand, bien équipé

Difficile de se stationner et les escaliers pour y accéder. Les chiens du voisin sont assez tannants ils jappent beaucoup

Top Lage mitten in der Fussgängerzone des "Mini-Zentrums". Restaurants, Bäckerei, Cafés ohne Ende in der direkten Umgebung. Meer wenige Minuten entfernt. Wohnung, Küche und Wohnzimmer sehr gut ausgestattet, auch zum verweilen. Langer Balkon über komplette Wohnungslänge mit schönem Blick. 2 komplette Badzimmer jeweils auch mit WC. Wer eine gute Dusche zum aufwachen braucht der ist hier richtig - richtig guter Wasserdruck.

Der Eingang ist etwas kompliziert zu finden. Die vom Gastgeber geschickten Bilder haben da leider auch nicht geholfen. Denke ein kleiner Kartenausschnitt wäre besser als Bilder von Gebäuden die sich mittlerweile geändert haben.

Era muy completo y estaba yo creo muy bien ubicado, en uno de los pueblos más tranquilos.

El olor a las tuberías y que en mi opinión no debería figurar en el anuncio que consta en el anuncio que sí lo tiene. Toca aparcar en la calle y además en zona de estacionamiento regulado, pagando y con límites horarios. Preguntamos además a propósito sobre el aparcamiento y se nos dijo que aparcáramos en la calle que había sitio de sobra.

The apartment is at an excellent location, close to the airport and Machico is a beautiful village, near the sea with everything you need close by. The apartment was big and clean, it had lot of amenities and a great balcony with nice view. The host allowed us for early check in, although we sent the request two days before our arrival. He was also easy to reach by phone call when the power went off in the apartment and needed help.

The parking inclusion is a bit vague. There is parking with payment in the village, but parking is not included when you book the apartment, so it is not free and it’s not like You have a specific spot ready to park. We received instructions for finding the apartment but they were a bit vague too. The apartment is right above a motorcycle shop, left across the Venda da Vilha mini market. So a photo with these two would be more helpful than the photo of a permanently closed and alternated cafe that we received from the host. Lastly, there is an unpleasant smell at times in the apartment. This however seems to be more of an island problem, since you can find this smell by just walking in Funchal. So maybe it’s something to do with the general plumbing of the island which is a common issue.
