Beautiful Duquesa Harbour apt 2001

I liked the location, air con, kitchen area and the tremendous view from the balcony over the marina. Despite a few negative comments below I would book the apartment again

There was a damp smell in the apartment probably from the washing machine . The toilet was blocked but the agent arranged a plumber very quickly. We couldn’t get the TV to work but it didn’t bother us . The balcony hadn’t been swept or cleaned and the table was very dusty.

The position of it

The location is absolutely amazing . Air conditioning very efficient. Balcony area great .

Small bedroom very small. Needs a mirror and maybe a small unit for bits and pieces.

Modern

Needs a bit more seating in the lounge

Locatie was fantastisch aan de haven met een ruim en mooi balkon. Strand dichtbij en in de avond heel gezellig met alle restaurants en roering in de haven.

Parkeren een drama, koelkast te klein voor 4 personen en helaas kakkerlakken in slaapkamer/bed. Veel restaurants onder accommodatie wellicht komen ze daar vandaan.

Location and view from the large balcony, air conditioning in all the rooms, (although once you turned it off, in the main bedroom, it then dropped on the bed)

Balcony was dirty, I had to sweep up someone’s toenail clipping and Broken glass, oven and hob did not work. They don’t supply you with much in the way of washing up liquid and soap or a drying up towel
