Facilities ( braai area, swimming pool, trampolin, beach was a stone throw away views are exceptional, )

The unit need and upgrade, sofas are not comfortable, very old and outdated, they more for outdoor, kitchen chairs too squashed couldnt sit on them, windows were dirty, the shower head very small and outdated, hand wahs basin tap need attention, toilet seat was faulty need to be fixed...the service was dissapointing the fact that i had to collect keys from a different address and drop them off on my check out it was out of the way...

When I ask for help, they just say we can't help you your room is private. I try to phone for help they said they will send someone but no one came. I had no trey for oven to grill my meat n I don't know how to use outside braai stand I was a woman with kid . Bathroom basin 🛀 the tape was not working well it keeps on leaking.

Paper work and key collection was a hassle. To many fines in the contract for petty things

Everything,it was perfect for the kids ,the heated pool made it worthwhile especially during the loadshedding,the location totally amazing,and the staff were all very friendly

Toilet seat is very old needs to be replaced, cushions on the couches was very uncomfortable,curtains were dirty, second room need a fan, no towels,everything have to bring on our own,even found cigarette butts on the window stool.The entire place needs to be cleaned, didn't enjoyed our stay.

The stay was lovely, needed that break away. It was comfortable and cosy. Got to play pool, which was exciting and had a braai, braai spot was nice. 👌👌

I was very disappointed abt the pool, the water was so very hot, the days we stayed there, was so very hot, and was hoping to get into the pool, that was nyc and cool. 😒
