Curtains were dirty

everything convenient nd safe security on point thats why I like to go there although it wasn't my first time going there I was there before also with my family nd we just love it.nd I'm so impressed how they upgraded from the last time I was there the pool area being safe for the little ones not to enter the big pool,kids playground ,small golf area it really was amazing was my first time with my two grandkids nd they just loved it .thank u keep up the gud work.im impressed

I just loved everything

Love everything about this place, the view is breath taking! waking up to the sound of the wave, what more could one possibly ask for???

The fact that there's no back up for load shedding 😔

It's near the sea

There were no wifi, no dishwashing liquid, no swabs

The facilities at Santana itself.

The unit was not cleaned. The windows had dirt that was there for months. The lounge sofas had stains which was not cleaned. The owner of this unit needs to take pride in this unit. It's disappointing that this unit gives Santana an overall bad impression. It was actually safer and cleaner to stay at home than been at this unit. Cleanliness must become a priority at this unit.

It was spacious and lots of sleeping options available.

That it didnt have a generator to operate the lift during load shedding and the tv was not working properly.

Accommodation was OK n the beach was just a walkable distance

The gyser was not working from the day we checked in till check out so we had to take a cold shower which impacted on myself and kids having flue, I reported the problem and they offered me another apartment on the 9th floor but couldn't take it because already we were struggling with 4th floor due to loadshedding so it was going to be too much with luggage and kids

Scenic.. lots to do .great facilities... friendly security..place was always neat..
