"Appartamento funzionale in posizione ottimale"

Centralissimo a Rapallo, a due passi dal centro storico con tanti localini e dal lungo mare. Molto comodo per chi arriva in treno anche, la stazione è a 100-150 metri. Appartamento Gemini, ristrutturato bene, due bagni in buone condizioni e funzionali, dotati del necessario, c'è anche la lavatrice ed il detersivo per chi volesse soggiornare più a lungo. Soggiorno molto spazioso e cucina fornita di tutto quanto il necessario, compreso olio, sale e zucchero, diverse cialde di caffè, lavastoviglie (che non abbiamo usato perché abbiamo mangiato poco a casa).

Mancava il telecomando del televisore, l'abbiamo segnalato attraverso i canali appropriati, ci hanno risposto, ma nessuno si è attivato per portarcene uno nuovo. Un po' di rumore nelle camere da letto che danno sulla piazza, tutto sommato sopportabile grazie al buon isolamento degli infissi. Parcheggio a pagamento un po' dappertutto e caro, bisogna organizzarsi prima e bene per lasciare l'auto nei pochi parcheggi "bianchi".

La modalità di registrazione dei documenti sulla piattaforma e il rimpallo delle risposte tra piattaforma, numero whatsapp di riferimento e indirizzo mail di riferimento. Moltissime indicazioni scritte in vari punti della casa con le accortezze, alcune eccessive, per prestare attenzione. La Vicinanza alla stazione

"Buche niewieder!"

1. Versteckte Kosten! Haben zusätzlich 313.- Depot bezahlt und nie zurückerhalten. 2. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten, fast unmöglich Parkplatz zu finden und mussten weit weg fahren. 3. Check-In sehr kompliziert und aufwändig, suchten von allen Personen unzählige private Daten.

Lokalizacja idealna wszędzie blisko Bardzo dobra komunikacja z personelem obiektu nawet w czasie drogi

Brak informacji o braku korzystania z wanny dowiedziałem się na miejscu brak wanny z małymi dziećmi do duży problem z kompanem
