Location and environment

To enter is a nightmare security have to call them for access at the main gate and all staff don’t answer you have to wait until they answer the phone and let you in, iron was badly stained and faulty I messed my daughters white suit for graduation, no ironing board,it cold at night we failed to put gas heater on which was faulty, the unit was dirty, towel were dry and hard no fabric softer rather then that units are beautiful but lack management

Everything, we enjoyed the pool with my family even though the water was ice cold.

I wish the instructions on how to get the key could be sent in advance.

The entire property was just lovely. Very clean and it was just a comfortable stay

Cleaning Service was not provided. I felt disappointed 😞 There is no mirror Not enough bath towels. They only provide 1 towel for two people, and they don't change them the next day.
