Smart Apartment

Very good

The apartment was not the one we booked but it was as good if not better. The cleanliness 👌👌👌👌 and the checking in and out was super easy. I would definitely visit again.

I was a bit disappointed with the fact that there was no hot water when we got there as the geyser was off. I would also advise our host to get emergency lights in case of loadshedding. Wifi was also not working but that was not an issue for me because I had mine with me.

everything about the property was great and people I was with really loved staying there and the host is very nice and always up for communicating, I’m definitely gonna go back

The location

We had a problem with the TV from the day we arrived, this issue was brought to the owner's attention, but was never resolved, it was an issue throughout our stay. My kids didn't get to enjoy watching TV, as we couldn't. There were not enough towels. No aircon. The iron was very old and damaged, we requested for an ironing board, but never got one. The apartment was advertised as a smart apartment, it is definitely not a smart apartment, and the pictures are totally different to the actual apartment. It was also double booked, we had people trying to enter, claiming that they had also booked the apartment. I will never book this apartment again.
