Bardzo dużo udogodnień: pralka, suszarka do włosów, do prania, kapsułki, płyny, żelazko i deska, kawa i herbata. Mieszkanie w samym centrum, podziemny parking.

Gniazdo gołębi na balkonie uniemożliwiało spędzanie tam czasu.
