Sultan Palace Beach Retreat Mombasa

Loved the property if you are a big group youll really enjoy it. Its far from things in Mombasa so think of it as a we will stay in the villa only type of vibes. There is a beautiful beach and the pool is lovley

I wish it was easier to get beach activities though we went low season. Also it was a bit hard to get in contact with the host

My booking was cancelled last minute claiming the property was full causing huge disruptions to our plans & alot of inconvenience. To make matters worse, the refund is not instant but taking days if not weeks. The cancellation is the second time is happening to me, very disappointed.

The beach was nice. Not as close as the pictures made us believe but still it was not so far to walk there.

We got a very different apartment than we ordered. The furniture was bad and tired down. And we didn’t have an ocean view anywhere close to what we were shown on booking.com. Felt so disappointed after driving so far to get there. Had we known we could have booked similar or better closer to mombasa for the same price or lower. The staff in general was nice, but the one who took us in by phone was really rude and not welcoming or helpful at all.

Was mich nicht gefallen hat, ist es, dass die Ort die es in die Booking.com präsentiert wird nicht so ist, wenn man es vorbeigeht. Erstens es ist total schmutzig gewesen. Die Personal sind sehr langsam und arbeiten auch nicht effizient. Sauberkeit, Mangel Gross und ganz es ist dreckig bis nicht mehr gehtals ich die Schubladen abgemacht habe zum etwas kochen hab ich gesehen, dass einige sogar verschimmelt Es war total katastrophal schmutzig bis nicht mehr geht. Dazu hat sie noch Insekten im Haus drin. Man kann kaum noch schlafen. Ich blieb die ganze Nacht wach mit meine ganze Familie. Ich war mit sieben Personen dort und ich muss ehrlich sagen ich würde es nicht weiter empfehlen jede Person, der dieses Hotel buchen will. Sollte zuerst mal wirklich die Kommentare lesen, weil ich hab das nicht gemacht und ich bin dann wirklich in einem Dreckloch gelandet.

It looked very clean when we checked in but then I realised the bedding’s were too old like they haven’t been changed for a while.That disappointed me coz we had to sleep on them despite the situation since it was too late to fix the problem .But the next day I spoke to the staff and they were able to change.I also realised the cooking-ware were very old and not in a good shape and especially the pans.also the dishwashing sponge were too old and rusty,this gave me a hard time regarding the fact that I’m a clean freak. And all the white towels need to be soaked in a strong detergent to remove all the stains.All in all everything else was Amazing 🤗

CB6-202 was the worst apartment in sultan palace. They tell you to feel free to leave bad reviews and they tell you that your complaints are unnecessary. I stayed here 5 nights and there was no wifi and they refused to fix the issue they dont assist at all. They ignore you on WhatsApp and booking.com worst apartment ever! They also dont clean unless you insist on housekeeping, also no hot water all 5 nights! And the place was just falling apart and sticky the fridge was stained the couches as well you dont even feel like sitting on them! They are not helpful or welcoming at all! And refuse to assist! Be very careful of which apartment you book at for sultan palace beach resort! The towels in the kitchen that was provided was stained with black marks. If you have an issue with ants in your bed this isnt the place for you.

The take care lady was very rude ,unfriendly, aggressive, gave us wrong destination where we were lost 4 hrs roaming around mtwapa kikampala road ,she couldn't pick up our calls lastly a good Samaritan save our night took us to the hotel when l call her morning she was mud , why .should l call her late ,! As she not caring about us ,we reported the matter to office inside the suldan palace but it was unfruitful ,they just told us she always does the same to other guests...😰😰😰
