The staff specially Steve was very friendly and fast to respond , the cleanness, the site which is closer to the beach, the sea view, the swimming pools…

Very disappointing experience.

We booked a sea view 3-bedroom apartment but on arrival, we were informed that they booked us "accidentally". We booked on 12th June 2025, but no one called or emailed to inform us about it. We also called a week earlier prior to our travel, to find out about the check-in process and if they could organise for pickup since we had a free pickup from the airport. They never informed us of booking us "accidentally" nor offered free pick up. On arrival, they put us in 2-bedroom apartment with no Seaview. The staff continued to not pick our calls and the property DOES NOT PROVIDE BASIC amenities: WATER. If they could have informed us prior, we would have cancelled, which would have saved us the money wasted. We feel cheated as they forced us into the apartment we never booked. Our kids looked forward to the weekend and ruined all the joy with this humiliation. We didn't complete our stay and checked out the next day. The facilities like Oven were rusty and we couldn't heat our food. The bathroom had cockroaches crawling everywhere including on toilet paper. Due to their poor communication and poor customer service, we don't recommend this property.
