Beautiful,Loved the beach and the pools the staff were so friendly

The customer experience from the onset was amazing. The house exceeded my expectation. The host was very welcoming and was ready to assist in case of enquiries.

The facility is in a good location with a good tarmac road from main mtwapa road and next to the beach. The houses are looking great. The unit we were staying in was very good and relaxing and the workers and the owners were very nice. The green environment and great plants and flowers gives the place a very natural aura that is rare and unique. Its a very good place with great property IF only it could be well managed.

The management of the property is a mess, very dis-engaged from a central point if view. The houses are run by individual owners. The host to the unit i was staying was really nice and she was keen to ensure we get the best experience. She was available and reachable. However, the central facilities are not managed well. For example, the pool is very dirty and not sure how often its cleaned, there are no pool beds for resting after a swim. Its so unbelievable there is no single pool bed in the 3 pools. There is a nice private beach, very clean, with no single beach bed or even a seat one can rest to watch sunset. There are some outsiders who bring plastics chairs and rent them to kes 100 for every single sitting. What a wasted leisure point. The locals even told us that people have complained alot about this. Honestly you can do better. The restaurant is managed by a 3rd party. To order food, you have to be given a number of the chef or waiter. As if this is not enough, they are quick to let you know that you should have booked their houses. In addition they not only charge you for delivery to your room but charge you for every single container the food is brought in. Again lack of centralised management of the services.

Location was good

Expensive than the other rentals in the same estate.. No Hot water and cockroaches in the kitchen and I was worried that they will be crawling on me.

The property has gone old and needs much maintenance. There was no AC in lounge which made is difficult to use. Washing Machine was out of order. The knobs of the washing kitchen sink were broken though functional .

The first unit that we went to was beautiful,.but occupied. The second was falling apart. The unit we finally stayed at after calling the owner at midnight was good, but no toilet paper or other amenities.

The person on booking.com disappeared when we showed up, and the front desk led us to an occupied room. A security man went out of his way to contact a few owners to see what we can rent. And we met a great person. The facilities were empty for "high season" the kids pool was disgusting, another one closed. No hydro for last day, no air conditioning in 90+temperature. Way overpriced for the resort facilities

Everything. The kids pool was empty and had been for a very long time. The other pools were filthy. The 2nd floor apartment we were given was not at all what we’d booked and it had really dangerous electrics and cockroaches everywhere.

The distance from Miritini is crazy far 😮‍💨
