there was leftover bread in the kitchen cabinet🙄. The toilet could have been cleaner.

Excellent location. Great apartment. Nice bedrooms, comfortable bed. Clean linen. Roomy living area. Great having shops and pubs so close. A comfortable walk into the city.

The toilet wasn't as clean as it could have been. The bathroom basin had a blocked drain and we had to buy a drain clearing product to fix it. There were chippies and other food scraps under the sofa cushions. When I got the brush and shovel out of the kitchen cupboard to sweep up crumbs, the brush was so dirty and covered in hair it made me heave. I left the brush and shovel out when we left and suggested it be thrown away and replaced.

The flat was in the location we like and was quiet as we were at the back of the building. It was very clean with loo paper & washing up stuff provided and marvelously a nice long shower mat 😊. We did have a minor problem which was sorted out very quickly be email - stellar service. We would definitely book again if it is available

Had a bit of difficulty with the cooker as it was electric & we are used to gas so an instruction manual would have been handy. 5he blinds were awkward to handle but a couple of emails sorted it quick smart.

Lovely apartment for the two of us, excellent location!

Nil of note, if pushed to say parking, but great location balances out

Black mould in the shower, freezer was disgusting,toilet wasn’t cleaned, cupboard doors hanging off,bed falling apart floor sticky and not cleaned,fridge didn’t work our milk went sour,the whole apartment is dated and unclean. would not recommend staying here.

Clean bedding and towels (but only what would have expected) Appreciated the room fan.

Heart sank on arrival, the entrances were unkempt and unwelcoming. The carpets were dirty and stained. The paintwork, walls and woodwork, were cracked, flaking, scuffed and dirty; the whole place needs a repaint. The blinds were dirty and greasy. Curtain poles hanging off the walls and curtains thin and dirty. Bathroom tiles mouldy. Twin room no bedside table or lamp as shown in the photo. Sitting room furniture battered and stained. The kitchen was tiny with basic equipment. No welcome pack. The oven was dirty & none of the 4 hobs could rise to the challenge of cooking pasta with kettle boiled water. Cups in cupboard were dirty.
