A very well maintained apartment with easy access to the grocery store. Free parking right next to the building . Easy communication with the owner.

Lovely place. It's near the city center, just around 20 min walk. We enjoyed our stay there and we recommend staying here!

Large, clean, properly equipped, the owner is polite, accessible and fair.

This is a panel apartment on the fourth floor of a block house, all windows of which face a busy four-lane road. Behind the road you can see similar blocks of flats, so the sight is simply depressing. Contributing to this is the continuous noise, which filters in even when the windows are closed, and is particularly disturbing when the windows are open. Every step of the upstairs neighbor could be heard as she did her usual morning preparations before leaving for work. The apartment was clean and tidy, but the interior design style was reminiscent of the 90s, so the atmosphere didn't excite us either. The kettle should be descaled more often. Its distance from the center is slightly more than a comfortable walking distance, although it obviously depends on the individual what is comfortable for whom. On the other hand, if you drive to the city center for the evening program, you can expect that it will be very difficult to find a parking space near the house.
