Comfortable and spacious apartment, all very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Hosts very friendly and helpful. Close to the supermarket and bus & tram stops for easy travel to the station. Pleasant 15-20 minute walk to the old town.

Great hosts, very welcoming. The place was also great. Clean and comfy. My dad found the bed uncomfortable, but it's hard to know if it was the bed or him (he has difficulties moving and requires specific stuff). Even if we didn't use the place to travel in the city, it was quite easy to find and you can reach everything very easily.

The place was excellent and very good value for money. There are two flats on the 4th floor in a block of flats: one is on the busier main road, the other on the quieter back of the building. There's a lift and parking on the street in front and around the block. We were in the flat on the main road, but with closed windows we didn't have any sleeping difficulties. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were very spacious and clean and pretty much all essentials were provided. In the bathroom, there was even shampoo in the shower. The location was perfect. The supermarket is 5min by foot in one direction, and there's a tram and bus stop within 5min in the other direction. The city centre was about 2km away; you can easily walk. The host welcomed us upon arrival after we had texted and called each other in advance. What we also liked very much was the fact that we didn't have to be out of the place by 10am, but we had time until 12noon. It made the trip less stressful. One extra, which is also marketed in the advert, is the free use of netflix. It was nice not to have to watch Czech television, especially if you don't speak the language. Also, the Internet was working perfectly fine.

There are two recommendations we would give to improve the place further. Firstly, when you advertise the use of netflix, so people may actually want to sit and enjoy a movie, the sofa should be more comfortable. It was a nice-looking and very big, but cheap sofa, in some places too soft, and in others you could feel the hard wooden construction. It was very uncomfortable and we all had back pain. That was a bit of a shame. We spent there two evenings, we enjoyed watching movies, but any longer and we probably would have had back problems. And secondly, the kitchen was more or less equipped, but for a short stay it is common for people to cook some quick and easy food such as pasta. There was no strainer nor a cheese grater. We dealt without it (when you check and remember things like this in advance), but it would be a suggestion to add to the kitchen essentials. Otherwise, it was very good, because there was salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, and even tissues at our disposal.
