"Good place but not a luxurious one"

View from the balcony cause it's on 14th floor. Good kitchen. Clean place. I could check in earlier. Generally, quite good place but do not expect any "luxury".

Using word "luxurious" for the apartment is a big exaggeration. It's just a regular apartment. I have no idea why the owner called it luxurious.
