Outstanding location. Withing 5 min walk of Otranto center. Great apartment very clean ans well put together. Excellent host who was there to meet us and provided suggestion as to what to visit in the area.

Location, views, space

No coffee, had to ask for additional toilet paper. Directions for waste sorting would be beneficial.

Very secure, tastefully decorated. Fantastic location and views. This Apartment pretty much has it all. Great restaurants, shops and some fantastic walking around town and along the coastline.

Overall the apartment was fantastic, a suggestion would be re: Some newer towels, mine was very thin. Very clean though. Another suggestion would be a small microwave.

Avrebbe bisogno di un significativo intervento di rinnovamento sia su mobilio in generale sia sulle forniture / lenzuola/ copriletti / tovaglie (ormai ingrigite) , sia su condizionatori (manca in camera da letto e in inverno la stanza resta molto fredda e gli altri sono rumorosi) sia sul wi-fi che era lento e inaffidabile non adeguato se avete bisogno di lavorare in Smart

Tutto perfetto, anche se per poco tempo! Abbiamo soggiornato solo per una notte, ma è bastata per apprezzare la bellezza dell’appartamento: pulito, curato e con una vista sul mare davvero mozzafiato. Antonio è stato gentilissimo, ci ha accolto con puntualità e ci ha dato preziosi consigli su cosa visitare. Torneremo volentieri!

Das Apartment liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade, der Sandstrand ist gleich vor der Tür. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll und freundlich, die Dusche ist ein Traum, und im Bad hat man ausreichend Platz. Die gut ausgestattete Küche und ein kleiner Supermarkt in der Straße hinter dem Haus machten die Selbstversorgung einfach. In einem kurzen Spaziergang am Meer entlang erreichte ich bequem die Altstadt. Antonio kam mir beim Check-in und Check-out sehr entgegen, sodass ich nach der Anreise aus Lecce auch schon den ersten Tag voll und ganz genießen konnte. Die Kommunikation mit ihm ist einfach und rasch, er gab mir auch Restauranttipps und den Kontakt zu einem privaten Taxi-Unternehmer für den Transfer von Lecce und zum Airport. Außerdem schätzte ich sehr die Möglichkeit der Mülltrennung. Eine abgesehen von der Straße ruhige und schöne Wohnung und für Alleinreisende eine Top-Empfehlung.

Vor allem am Wochenende ist die Straße stark befahren, da die Italiener den Tag am Strand verbringen. Der Balkon fällt kleiner aus, als es die Fotos suggerieren, und gerade angesichts der sonst sehr schönen Einrichtung ist es schade, dass manche Dinge dann schäbig und reparaturbedürftig sind (Beistelltisch am Balkon, dritter Flügel der Balkontür). Am Balkon hat man kaum Privatsphäre und er lädt auch nicht zum längeren Verweilen ein. Mehr Kleiderbügel wären wünschenswert und ein großer Spiegel, aber das ist schon Jammern auf hohem Niveau. In Summe war es ein toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder.
