Very well organise and good reception!

Overall this was amazing. The only thing that could have been better was a slight sewerage smell from the toilet.

Very clean and comfortable, good location, very walkable to to the busier parts. Really excellent communication from Claudia, who met us and advised us where to park.

The windows have shutters, no curtains/blinds which made the room quite light quite early.

Super Lage mitten im lebendigen Ballarò-Viertel, nahe dem berühmten Markt. Schöne, modern ausgestattete Zimmer in einem antiken Palazzo. Aber all das wurde getoppt vom sehr aufmerksamen, perfekt informierten und netten Matteo, der uns nicht nur empfangen hat, sondern uns auch während des Aufenthalts tolle Tipps und Hilfestellungen gegeben hat. Grazie mille!

Super Lage, unkomplizierte Kommunikation, schönes und großes Apartment.

Matteo ,our host,was very welcoming alwhen we arrived - he was about most days after this and always quick to help us with anything we needed. The apartment was small but fine for a short stay,and the location was great for visiting all the parts of Palermo we wanted to see.

The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped ,for example there was supposed be a toaster which we never found, and it would have benefitted from a few more plates and cups,but it was adequate. We had also read that there would be a washing machine,but this apartment didn't have one, and some basic cleanjng equipment such as cloths , detergent and a vroom would have been useful. There was a little.bar outside the window and this was sometimes a bit noisy on certain evenings,but only to be expected in a city .
