Conte Federico Apartments

Matteo was waiting to greet us when we arrived to give us the keys. It was very easy to communicate with him on Whatsapp. He also booked us a taxi to go to the airport on our day of departure and this arrived on time. Do go on a tour of the Palazzo Conte Federico next door as this is very interesting.

All of it! We have chosen the penthouse apartment with terrace which was a great idea given the weather. Location was perfect, walking distance to all Palermo Markets, buses, train station. Matteo is a great host ! It’s a central location but very quiet at night.

Matteo is an amazing host, super responsive and helpful! The place is very central but quiet at the same time, we were in low season so always found a place to park the car in the street. Our flat was really nice and cosy.

We stayed in the loft which was very cute and clean, Matteo was amazing, gave us lots of suggestions and made us feel very comfortable in the area especially for two younger ladies. Was incredibly hospitable helping us with transport to beaches and organising taxis

There was a lift to the 3rd floor. It was clean and comfortable. Matteo was very helpful and made some great suggestions, arranged parking with a neighbour and sorted out the Car Zone tax for us.

No bad points

The location is very central. The apartment is next to a nice palace which is a well-known heritage. Matteo is also very supportive. I also like the market nearby.

The alleys around the apartment is quite dark at night, so ladies should be careful when hanging out late at night around the neighborhood.

Good location close to Duomo. Great room with kitchen . Clean and comfortable.
