Very nice apartment complex, clean and comfortable rooms. Matteo was incredibly friendly and helped with any questions we had!

Incredibly dodgy area, on our way back to the apartment on our first day we encountered several people carrying guns. Very unclean streets and an overall unsafe location. Anywhere outside the main street was incredibly questionable. We were also offered numerous hard drugs on our way back through the street markets.

The property is ideally located near the Cathedral and the street market of Ballarò. The central train station is also easily reachable. The host was extremely kind and helped us arrange a last minute transfer to a nearby town where we were meeting friends.

It was not ideal having two single beds, but not a big issue.

Matteo is a great and communicative host. The apartment is beautifully located near Ballarò and is equipped according to the pictures with all you need. The small street is quite and the neighborhood is great. We hope to come back soon!

The wifi was not perfect but we were able to use it most of the time.

Location was super, as it was close to most key spots in Palermo. The room was clean and spacious. Matteo looked after me so well, telling all the great spots, and clearing all the concerns immediately when I asked. I felt very secure as I knew he will be attending any issue asa possible through what's up or text.

The location is perfect, near Palazzo Reale and the Ballaro market.
