The location was superb, the apartment was large, well-managed, and very clean. Simona provided excellent support and advice and was very responsive. Entry arrangements were very flexible, and Simona booked us a return taxi to the airport, which was reasonably priced, prompt, and professional,

The main sitting area, in common with other holiday apartments, would have benefited from a lamp.

The apartment had a fantastic location right in the heart of the city—everything we needed was just a short walk away. We especially loved the high ceilings and the building was also very clean and well-maintained.

While the apartment had a great location and some nice features, there were a few things we didn’t enjoy. The bathroom wasn’t very practical—there was nowhere to hang our towels or clothes, and we didn’t feel comfortable placing them near the toilet. For four people staying three nights, we were only given two rolls of toilet paper, which wasn’t enough. The apartment was also quite cold, even colder than outside, and the bedding wasn’t ideal. We only received a sheet and a blanket, but the blanket didn’t have a proper cover, which felt unhygienic. The sofas had a lot of stains, which also gave an unclean impression. In the master bedroom, even though the window was shut, we could still hear all the street noise very clearly. This wasn’t a big issue for us since we expected some noise being in the center of Palermo, but others might want to know in advance. Overall, this apartment has a lot of potential due to its location and charm, but it would benefit from a bit more investment in comfort and cleanliness to make guests feel more at home.

Good afternoon First of all , we had a very very bad experience with this property . We called them many times to complain since first day of our arrival First , the sinks were blocked and we could not use them Second , there was electricity cut in our apartment as well as our neighbor who used the same property holder apartment and we both complained and she said she could do nothing Third , there was no hot water for full day and she said she can not come until next day so we could not take shower for 1 day and a half Fourth and last , we told her we were very disappointed and we will make complaint on booking she said I will do this before you do and she warned us and was very very impolite and she never answers the phone This is a very very bad experience

The apt was spacious and it was great 2 have 2 bathrooms

There was not much natural light (no windows in livingroon). The apt was quite plain. Shower had mold. We had to keep turning on and off the motor to have any water

The location of this property is nice. It is calmer compared to the busy areas with markets but you still can reach all main attractions. It has groceries, bakeries and cafes nearby. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean.

There were many issues with the apartment but the main one is how dirty it was. The bathroom had a steady urine smell that came from the toilet bowl. It has not been clean for a long time as you can easily see the old urine under the toilet rim. The door in the bathroom was also dirty. All the floors in the apartment were not clean as well. We found a dirty pan with the oil. I understand that the previous renters should have cleaned it but it means nobody cares and checks. The bathroom sink is installed on the counter which has no support but it is too heavy for it. So, the counter has an incline. Just be prepared that it can fall during your stay. The next issue is the description of the apartment. When we came to the property we figured out that it was not a separately located apartment. The apartment for 6 people is the only one that is separate. All others are part of one apartment that was split into three "apartments". Yes, each of them has its lock and kitchen but you will hear everything that is going on in the apartments nearby, especially if you live in a room that is separated from the next "apartment" by the locked door. Besides, there is no mention that you need to share a washing machine or iron with all the renters. There is no microwave. Yes, it is not listed but I am mentioning it for the convenience of the future renters. We were provided with two rolls of toilet paper for 7 nights for 3 people which is a very cheap approach.

The main advantage of this place is its location. It has lots of nice cafes and bakeries nearby. It is close to the old city center and you can easily get there without any problem. The linen was clean and both beds were comfortable. The apartment we stayed in is suitable for six people but we were a group of four (two couples) so it was nice to have two separate bathrooms. In believe, it does not have enough space for a convenient stay of six people.

The main problem with the apartment was that the installed water pump was not powerful enough to use the washing machine. So, when you are using the washing machine, you should check all the time if you have water. If no, you should run to the switch in one of the bedrooms to turn it on. It is annoying as you need to sit close to the washing machine during the washing cycle. The second issue is the cleanliness of the apartment itself. Only obvious dirt was cleaned. The third issue is that you have only one set of keys. We were a group of four and it was not convenient but the apartment is for six people. This particular apartment has no iron even though the description says it does. Besides, it has no microwave. It is not listed in the description but I decided to mention it for other tourists' information. The owners will give you two rolls of toilet paper no matter how long you stay and how big your group is. As we were a group of 4 and stayed for 6 nights, I found this approach cheap.
