Central Coa Apartment

La posizione centrale e la grandezza dell'appartamento sono apprezzabilissime. L'appartamento era abbastanza pulito e silenzioso. Lo consiglio per girare a piedi tutto il centro. Molto utile la possibilità di usufruire di una lavatrice nello spazio comune.

In cucina avrei apprezzato un forno o un microonde per scaldare le pietanze. Il bagno era privo di portasciugamani o ganci. Mancava anche il portarotolo per la carta igienica. Penso che siano piccolezze che possono migliorare il soggiorno. Il fatto che manchi la Tv era nella descrizione, ma io non l'avevo notato

Pulizia, posizione ottima, confort e spazi.

Il secondo bagno dove sta la vasca manca il gancio per la doccetta, un po’ scomodo per farsi la doccia.

No tenía horno y faltaban algunas cosas para cocinar (tabla, cuchilla, servilletas o repasadores)

The apartment was alright, in a great location in the center. It was comfortable, quite hot and noisy, but nothing that we did not expect.

Could have been a bit more clean, and a few things would be necessary, especially in the kitchen: salt and pepper, some less scratched pans and a clean kettle.

Casa non gestibile per un soggiorno lungo per 4 persone, poiché: - unico mazzo di chiavi senza citofono interno - luce del corridoio comune che trapassa da una porta di una delle due stanze ogni volta che qualcuno lo attraversa - lavandino non scarica adeguatamente lasciando residui nel lavabo - mancanza di una zona living in alloggio, contrariamente da quanto si evince dalle foto - mancanza dei dispencer doccia con bustine monodose insufficienti, abbiamo dovuto comprarli noi - mancanza di uno specchio nelle camere, tappeto doccia solo su richiesta. Poco spazio in bagno per apporre le nostre cose.

We rented two apartments from this owner with six people.
Following the most brazen announcement from the landlady, we have decided to leave a negative review, starting with a number of points that mean we will absolutely not recommend this apartment to anyone: 1. Overall, not exactly hygienic or clean (as also pointed out by Rosaria on Thursday, April 24, 2025). Especially the bathrooms (as also noted by Umberto from Italy on Tuesday, April 22, 2025). There is mold in various spots in both bathrooms (see photos 1, 2, and 3), which was also previously mentioned by Michal and Mariia from the Czech Republic on Sunday, February 5, 2023, and Thursday, June 5, 2025, respectively. Towels are full of holes (see photo 4), crumbs in the kitchen upon arrival (see photo 5), etc. The apartment is also not properly stocked with basic necessities, for example, toilet paper (as also complained about by Sandro from Italy on Monday, June 2, 2025). Instead, you’re provided with used, dirty dish sponges (see photos 6 and 7), and when opening the relevant kitchen drawer, you’re greeted with the delightful smell of a wet sponge that’s been left to dry there. 2. There’s a constant smell of urine in the toilet (as also mentioned by Ekaterina from Canada on Sunday, October 6, 2024), and the drainage is not working properly. The drains of both the sinks and the shower are clogged (see photo 8, as also complained about by Renaud from France on Sunday, April 6, 2025). 3. Blood on the pillow and against the wall by the bed (see photos 9 and 10). 4. Shower door does not close properly, meaning you can’t lock it. If you try to lock it, you risk getting stuck for several minutes until you somehow manage to open it again. 5. What shocked us most upon arrival was that one of our rooms had a couch with absolutely disgusting stains on it (see photo 11, although the photo doesn’t do justice at all to how disgusting the couch looked in real life). We didn’t even use it.
