Air-conditioner in living room was weak for that space, so cold air was unreachable.

Excellent position for visiting Palermo. Large apartment, good value for money, easy to pick up and leave keys.

clean and central

the property itself was ok, I thought the staff was very demanding all the time. we came in to relax and we felt like we were on the production line at a factory on a schedule.

The flat is big, sunny, clean. Location is in the city centre. Fulvio is very friendly, helpfull. He gave us all needed information, picked us from the airport and took us there when leaving.

Everything was great.

The apartment is located in an excellent location where many of the main attractions of Palermo are within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and has everything a family or a single person needs. It is bright with high ceilings so it is very airy, making you feel comfortable. It is very well secured so you will feel very safe. A special elevator makes it easy to carry your luggage from the courtyard to the apartment. The owner, Mr. Fluvio, contacted us before we arrived in Palermo and advised us on the easiest way to get from the airport to the apartment. He also gave us tips on what to see, what food to try, where to eat, etc. He is very friendly and accommodating so it is not hard to call him if you need anything. For breakfast there are some croissants, jams and pieces of bread in the apartment. This is for basic if you are hungry right after waking up. Otherwise, you'd better walk a few meters from the apartment to the nearby bakeries, pastry shops or other places where you can get excellent desserts or savory dishes for breakfast. There is also a coffee maker in the apartment, which is very welcome. Overall a great apartment, in a great location and with a friendly owner.

Bed could be better. It creaks when someone turns around.

washing machine did not work. kitchen chair legs all loose, could not sit on the chairs.

Very nice apartment in the city heart of Palermo. Apartment is spacious, modern, well equipped and clean. We also really appreciated the check-in process. Roberta who welcomed us was very nice, reactive and helpful. There is parking which is cost 20 Euro per day. Location - near to every main attraction in Palermo. I really sorry for only one night stay.
