Uważajcie właściciel nas oszukał!!!! Brak kontaktu z właścicielem w dniu przyjazdu. Zostaliśmy oszukani nikt nie wpuścił nas do obiektu. Dopiero po relokacji przez booking i załatwieniu nowego apartamentu (inaczej zostalibyśmy bez dachu nad głową z dwójką dzieci) łaskawie pan się odezwał.

The location was a great central point to visit historical city of Palermo. Neighbourhood can be a bit abrupt but overall you are in the center in less than 5 min walk.

The appartment description was a bit deceptive as it says that there’s a patio and a balcony but we were put in the ground floor appartment with no natural light and no outdoor. Soundproof walls are not really soundproof and we heard every neighbour coming home at night but all in all it was ok. There is a clear lack of commodities (no kitchen towel, garbage bags, cleaning products, etc) so buying this for a 2 night stay is a bit odd. Finally in our room, the TV and lamp didn’t work properly, as we didn’t need it, it didn’t cause any trouble.

L’appartement était sombre au rez-de-chaussée avec des allées et venues constantes des autres appartements ce qui le rendait très bruyant en plus d’être lugubre et humide. Les équipements sont très vieillissants, sans parler de la douche qui mériterait d être changée avec traces d’usure et des joints non entretenus. Aucune bouteille d’eau mise à disposition, ni capsule de café. Le personnel odieux qui selon la politique de l’hôte vous factureront 50 euros d’amendes si vous ne jetez pas la poubelle. De plus la personne gérant l’établissement a été très insistant pour payer la taxe de séjour et est plutôt agressif dans son mode de communiquer si vous ne lui répondez pas immédiatement. Je déconseille fortement ce lieux ! Ne vaut absolument pas son prix.
