The location.

The property was dirty . The bathroom had mould around the shower,no soap dispenser and the plastic shower curtain was dirty. The curtain stuck to you when showering. We were given 1 toilet roll for the entire stay, left a message but got no response so purchased ourselves. The bed was low and not comfortable also if you are taller than 165 cm your feet hang off the bed. The couch was dirty and looked like a cat had scratched the ends,the freezer was dirty and also found a pair of ladies underwear behind the tv unit which was full of dust. This is the worst property I have stayed and not sure how they would get a score so high, booking.com need to investigate this place.

Easy to walk to most of the main sites, amenities and shops. Use of washing machine in the flat meant we could travel light. Felt as if we were part of a local community. A comfortable living space for two people. TV, good shower, plenty of storage. Very secure doors and windows. Friendly and attentive housekeeper Adelaide.

The following may only apply because we visited during term-time and were allocated the ground floor flat: the door of our apartment was very near the main entrance to the building and right next to a lift which conveyed other residents up, so we were frequently subjected to intrusive conversations directly outside our rooms at all times of the evening. The building adjoins a primary school and a large metal gate would open noisily in the morning to allow (teachers'?) cars in to park. We didn't want our windows closed as the weather was warm, but because the nursery group was in a room just a couple of meters away from us, and its windows were also invariably open, we couldn't escape extremely loud sessions which made it impossible to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. After nine days we felt we knew the pupils and their teachers quite well! A coffee machine that required the use of pods with no alternatives (eg filter/moka pot) was limiting. The ice box in the fridge was heavily frozen and it emitted persistent loud buzzing at night.

It was disappointing that we received confirmation for two apartments, one for 6 persons and one for 4 persons. When we got there both apartments were for 4 persons, and they both had small unfolding stool. The apartments were so small, that was impossible to move in while the stools were unfolded. We were 10 people and two of us had to find another apartment and move there.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo.

The location of the apartment was great. It is 5-10 min walk from the center. It was very clean. It also had 2 small balconies, one on the bedroom and the other one on the living room side.

The only thing that we did not like was the mattress on the sofa bed. It had some dents and it was not comfortable. Other than that everything was good 👍

Everything Perfect ; check-in very fast and easy . Giovanni was so cute ; giving us all the instruction for self check-in and about Palermo . Omg the food market near bye <3.... The apartment was so beautiful and spacious ; and the roof top enchanted . We spent all night outside the roof ; speaking and chilling with an amazing view of the historical city center of Palermo ! I will be back Gio thanks for everything
