the location was good. the bed was comfortable

the hot water was a trickle. we called the contact. we waited for hours for resolution. we could have spent this time looking around Palermo. apparently the hot water problem was my fault - said to me and then my husband. we waited we reheated a sandwich for lunch (we were hungover)and we’re accused of cooking. a man came in the evening. hot water not fixed. too late to find alternative accommodation. a plumber came the next day. yes he said the water heater was broken. being yelled at and accused of breaking the heater. check in was terrible also!

"comfortable apartment in a great location"

apartment was clean and spacious and a great location

as we were staying for 4 weeks a spare set of bed linen and towels would have been convenient . Also some hangers in wardrobe.
