Un Lugar espectacular, muy bien situado , la casa tiene de todo , muy equipada, la dueña es un encanto , nos dejó comida porque llegamos tarde . Os la recomiendo a todos .

Zum zweiten Mal durften wir unseren Aufenthalt in dieser besonderen Wohnung genießen – und wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt: Mitten im Herzen von Palermo und dennoch ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst stilvoll und liebevoll gestaltet, sodass man sich sofort zuhause fühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die beiden wunderschönen Terrassen, die einen herrlichen Rückzugsort bieten. Die Gastgeberin und ihre Tochter sind herzlich, aufmerksam und sprechen ausgezeichnetes Englisch, was die Kommunikation sehr angenehm macht. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte immer persönlich – das liegt der Gastgeberin sehr am Herzen.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt.

A beautiful traditional Sicilian apartment in a fantastic location ,very close to the historic centre. Gorgeous original floor tiles and a very generous size main bedroom. There are two terraces to enjoy with a coffee or a drink. Excellent air conditioning which we greatly appreciated in the heat and humidity. There is a supermarket across the street, and you are so close to the main thoroughfare. Serena, the hostess, is what made our visit so special. She is so kind, so warm, so welcoming. Her communication with us was fantastic. When our flight was delayed and we got in late, she had delicious food waiting for us that she generously bought for us. She kindly brought us to the bus station, rather than getting a taxi with our luggage. Serena goes over and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable and has thought of everything a potential guest might need - even a sewing kit!

Very friendly and helpful host, comfortable apartment, good location

Lovely clean apartment in a peaceful location but only a short walk to Theatre Massimo and markets, lots of bars and eateries. Our hosts Serena and Malcolm were amazing and did everything they could to ensure we had a great stay. They were so welcoming and helpful and for us it was nice to meet and chat with them as locals.

Very nice comfortable apartment where you feel like at home. Big rooms and beautiful balcony. Location was great, close to many restaurants and other city's attractions. Host was very hospitable and kind to provide all useful information.

Absolutely loved my stay here! First and foremost, Serena was incredible - super kind, always available, and wonderfully flexible. Her top priority is making sure guests enjoy every moment of their stay, and she truly goes above and beyond to make that happen. She’s simply the best! The property is a true gem. It’s within walking distance to the city centre, which makes exploring Palermo easy and convenient, yet it’s just far enough to be peaceful and quiet. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The two terraces are absolutely adorable, ideal for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. If I come back to Palermo, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Serena is an amazing host, really kind and helpful, greeting us on arrival at the apartment, showing us around the beautiful, well equipped rooms and patiently answering our questions about where to go and what to see in the city. It's in a perfect location for exploring Palermo, the historic centre easily within walking distance and in addition, a safe area in which to stay. I specifically chose Le terrazze segrete because of the two double bedrooms, one for me and one for my daughter, and for the pretty terraces where we could drink our coffee in the morning and relax early evening before heading out for dinner. The kitchen is really well equipped and every little detail has been thought out by Serena to make guests feel at home. The apartment is absolutely charming, authentic, homely and comfortable. It looks even better than in the photos! The beds are also extremely comfortable and we both slept well. At the end of our stay, Malcolm came to help carry my suitcase to the bus stop to catch the bus to the airport, which was incredibly kind. Both he and Serena are wonderful, welcoming hosts and made our first visit to Palermo such a great pleasure.

There was nothing to dislike. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Lovely ammenities and great location. Patio area out the back of the second bedroom was a particular highlight as we could enjoy a game of cards in the afternoon sun. Not to mention Serena’s hospitality and communication throughout
