Fantastic location. Very safe and near the old city. Lovely terraces. Serena is very kind and accommodating. We arrived late and she had left out some breakfast supplies for the morning. Comfortable beds.

Absolutely everything!

Serena is awesome, upon arrival she provided a short guided walking tour which enabled us to get our bearings. Her friend makes beautiful ceramics and she gifted us the cutest cannoli magnet. Her place was darling super clean, beds are comfy and it has 2 balconies. Everything we needed was provided and more. I look forward to staying there again sometime. Thank you Serena for making our stay great.

My only comment would be the hob cut out with more than one ring on.

We were welcomed very warmly by Serena who takes great pride in her place and in her hosting. She made it a truly lovely experience for us.

It was for sure the most we equipped vacation apartment me and my fiends have been in. And the host was such a delight to interact with. Location is great and the place is lovely.

The only thing is that it was quite hot when we were there and one of the rooms doesn’t have air conditioning. That being said, it had a fan. But the rest of the apartment was quite cool

Serena was an absolute pleasure to meet. She was a perfect friendly host. Her house was amazing and felt so homely. Malcom came to meet us at the end and was also very pleasant.

Super amazing, responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful host (even after the visit). Very nice place, multiple balconies, nice room, well equipped and comfortable. Location was right in the heart of downtown with most of the sights within easy walking distance, even more than once in a day in some of our cases. Host waited around until after midnight to greet us, walk us through the place, walk us through even using the parking payment machines (minimal Italian speaking guests). She was able to easily communicate with us in English, and had all the amenities. Clothes washer on the big terrace with a drying rack in case you need a refresh mid-trip. Large main bedroom with balcony, second bedroom with the large terrace, equipped kitchen, 3rd terrace off the dining area. Grocery a minute away, 3 bakeries within blocks plus many other restaurants and food options in short distances. Really neat and impressively clean place in downtown Palermo.

There wasn't really anything about the accommodations we were less than satisfied with. Stay here if you are going to Palermo!

Centrally located, very clean and comfortable apartment. Serena is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and out are so easy. It's a very lovely and well furnished apartment. Will definitely stay here again.

The owner is very Nice and very helpful, she gave us a very good recommendations and even helped us book a place for dinner during Easter! The location is very good, right on the corner is the start of the old city. The apartment has everything you need and you can relax on nice terraces after day in the city. Serena is always reachable and responds very quickly!
