Natoli Apartments

The apartment was super quiet yet very near to the action in the old center. Giulia was very responsive.

Location, two separate showers and bedrooms made it an excellent choice for staying with a friend. Our host provided us with tea, coffee, snacks which was a welcomed touch

The apartment desperately requires a handrail to go up and down the stairs - my sister fell down the stairs as there is nothing to hang onto . Thank goodness it was my sister and not my 91 year old father

Central … clean … tastefully decorated

Lovely, comfortable studio apartment. Very close to the tourist area highlights such as the cathedral and the Norman Palace. Close to lots of places for shopping, eating and drinking.

The bathroom was clean and functional - but the shower cubicle is quite small.

Kitchen had what we needed to make a little food at home, apartment was cute and comfortable, great location!

Calling to get let in initially was a little tricky as we didn't have SIM capable of making calls.

Great location, so close to everything. A very vibrant part of Palermo. We didn't meet our host Giulia, but she communicated with us with very comprehensive check in instructions & restaurant recommendations etc. She allowed us to check in a little early, which was very much appreciated. A tip for the airport, catch the airport bus & get off at Via Roma - it's only a 10 minute walk from the bnb & costs €6 each. Our apartment was on the first level, up a small flight of steps. We felt very secure. There's an external door off the street leading into an internal courtyard (used as car parking for residents) then a very secure door into the apartment. There was some juice, water, biscuits, jam, tea & coffee waiting for us. A small kitchenette with cutlery & crockery, microwave, electric hotplates & a bar fridge. The bathroom was a bit small, but a decent size for European standards. The room itself was very roomy & cool in spite of it being hot outside. There were two french doors overlooking a pedestrian walkway below. the bed & pillows were comfortable & clean. In spite of the location being close to a busy area, it is mainly pedestrian access & it was quiet. Our only comment is that we could hear our upstairs neighbours walking around & the shower running etc. This was not early in the morning or late at night, so it didn't affect our sleep. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you Giulia.
