Natoli Apartments

Excellent location within a few metres of via Vittorio Emanuele and easy walking to all parts of the Palermo historic centre and many good restaurants. Despite the closeness to the busy Vittorio Emanuele, the apartment was very quiet and peaceful.

Indeed the location is very good just close by the cathedral and the main street. The building is also one of the nice historical. The air-conditioned was working well.

I made mistake that I should have booked the place day by day,,,, I did stay a reasonably long but there is no cleaning services over the period. Palermo was very hot and you need to take few times shower within a day. Unfortunately, the towels are small and not changed at all. My suggestion is that put more towels.

Our apartment had everything we needed and Guilia was an excellent host. It was great to have a kitchen and wake up to our own coffee.

Very nice host! Very nice to talk to and help with any information required Beautiful apartment in an old 18th century palace! Unbelievable! Great location right in the middle of anything and everything you could want. I would definitely stay again.

Nothing it was perfect.

We cannot recommend this apartment enough. Clean, comfortable, central location 100m from the main historic centre. The host was incredibly helpful, helped organise a driver from the airport who we used again to go back to the airport. She left milk in the fridge with juice and a snack basket (very much appreciated after a long day's traveling, delayed flights and a 4am arrival) the hosts instructions to access the building and access the keys were excellent, easy to understand, clear with pictures to aid the texts.

There were building works happening in the shop near the apartment for the 1st few days but there isn't anything the host can do about that.

Location was excellent and the unit provided everything you could've needed for a good stay. The hosts left all the necessary information pinned to the board which was useful.

The apartment was a good size. We had two bathrooms. It had an additional A/C unit in the smaller bedroom. Great location! Close to central Palermo. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Guilin was extremely helpful. If we had a question or needed anything, she responded quickly to hep.

We were a bit confused on parking for rental car.
