Good place, so modern

The bathhroom is out of the room, and like other places in italy have so mani stairs

The room was super specious, had really small balcony. Everything was as it’s supposed. The owner was super nice and helpful.

Noisy street

Letizia is a great host and has provided us with many insider information about Palermo and her favorite places. The room is spacious and was very clean. Our apartment had a view out to Pindemote street and was a bit loud due to the traffic, but of course this is nothing she can influence. The apartment is easy to reach by feet and appropriately 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre of Palermo (up a hill). If we needed anything (coffee pads, toilet paper), Letizia was fast in replying and gave us everything we needed :) Thank you, we had a great stay here!

Location of apartment is great, very close to the city center. Apartment is very comfy, and has almost all you need (maybe a little two-seater sofa would be nice in corner). The lady who rent us the apartment, Letizia, was very pleasent and communicative. She advised us some of facilities to go to walk around. She constantly communicated with us via whatsapp, so she was always at our sevice if we needed some help. Parking is free in front of building.

Just a little sofa would be nice, as aditional bed for third person, maybe? :)

Great host, się was very helpful for us. Apartament clean and cozy. Localisation is good, 20 minutes walking to main monuments, very clone to main road and bus station. Bakery and small shops near apartament, even small restaurant was very close to apartament. Good price.
