Pindemonte Suites

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful studio apartment in Palermo. The place was comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. The location was perfect—close enough to all the major sights, restaurants, and public transport, yet in an area where we could easily find free public parking. The host was incredibly helpful, providing all the necessary information and great recommendations for things to do in the area. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo!

One small suggestion would be to add something for drying beach towels and similar items, as it would make the stay even more convenient. Otherwise, everything was great. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo!

Everything was nice, location is OK, historical part of the town is 15 minutes walk. Central bus and train station is around 35-40 minutes walk. Nice neighbourhood, host was super helpful. Clen, big and has everything you need.

it can be noisy in the morning, since the traffic lights is in front of the accommodation and the street is a bit busy in that period. but it's manageable.

Great great host, who would help you regardless of what you might need. The place was really nice, and within walking distance from the city centre. The host gave us a lot of great recommendations while on our visit. The place was newly renovated and isolated from the sound that the street and traffic would create. Great place for couples and it had everything you would need for both a shorter and a longer stay. Parking was easy on the streets nearby.

The only thing to mention is the street the apartment is on. Its not the nicest, but the distance to the bigger and more interesting streets is very short. Not a real problem at all.

Letizia was wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. The property's location was just 20 minutes away from the center by foot with easy access to free parking and a grocery store and pharmacy closeby. The room itself was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely come again!

The room was very clean and quiet.

The apartment was beautiful, nicely located for about 15 mins to get to Porta Nuova and historic centre. Letizia made our 2-night stay calm and comfortable! Parking is available on the streets around, café about 1 min from the apartment for breakfast.

The bed made a bit noise but nothing serious.

Great location, quiet and relatively easy to find a parking spot nearby. Breakfast not included, but the boiler in the room was very useful. Outside a small break room with the possibility to make a coffee, also convenient. Letizia, the owner, gave us many useful information about Palermo sightseeing, restaurants, bars and patisseries, greatly appreciated! Just to be aware that our room was on a second floor with no elevator, but a bit narrow stairs. We didn’t have problem, nevertheless something to keep in mind

I personally prefer meeting the host when arriving or during my stay, with Letizia of Pindemonte Suites we only communicated remotely. But, as I said, it’s a personal preference. Everything was well explained and smooth
