"Great Umbria Jazz experience in apartment close to the action."

The owner met us on the street, helped us unpack, gave us a tour and finally took us to a free parking location. From the start, Valentina was exceptional and always a text away. This kind of hospitality is rare and was very appreciated. The apartment is 10 minutes walking to main plaza and restaurants. There is a grocer next door and several options for morning treats within 3 minutes walk. Perfect for us.

One of the many reasons we absolutely adore Perugia is the second to none personal attention lavished on us by Valentina. A veritable hostess indeed. The location is superb , minutes away from the magnificent Centro Storico. Highly recommended !

"It was the quietest place in the centre I ever stayed in Italy. Walls keep the room cooler."

I took the wrong direction when l arrived in Pincetto station. Francesco came and helped me. Valentina was in contact with me all the time to give me the instructions. When I arrived in property with Francesco and Francesca (english speaker sweet friend of them)Valentina arrived after work and gave me lots of information about the recommended places and Perugian history.
